This former model home is situated on a quiet street in the prestigious Mediterranean styled gated community of High Grove, less than 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World theme parks and attractions.
It is furnished to a high standard throughout and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 people and has its own private screened pool overlooking a large
green retention area.
Our luxury villa comes complete with all modern amenities including
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), a fabulous games room, a fully fitted kitchen,
air conditioning and heating throughout, smoke and security alarms, 6
TVs including a 50" L.C.D. with Home Theatre and a selection of C.D.'s and
D.V.D's, a Playstation 2 with games, and a luxury screened south west facing
pool and patio which catches the suns rays all day long. We also
offer free use of a cot & bedding,
